The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a terrace. it was a great value for the price.

The hotel was located away from the noisy crowds, which contributed to the serene environment. The free parking and the home-made tortillas for breakfast were a great addition.

Unluckily there were quite some negative aspects to our stay during Easter. There were no kitchen towels, dish racks or microwave provided which we think is necessary for any kitchenette.

We had a wonderful stay at a quiet and clean hotel with a great pool. The rooms were large and comfy, more like studio apartments, and we loved having a kitchen. The hotel is new with only six rooms, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and warm pool. The location was a bit further out from downtown Tulum, but it was perfect for us as we were looking for a peaceful and quiet stay. The hotel is close to popular canotes Car wash and Grand Canote. We highly recommend this hotel!
