The pool area was cozy and had a great vibe with lights, music, and a bar. I loved the fact that there was a water cooler available as well. The staff was friendly and helpful during our Easter stay. The rooms were spacious and had a nice modern bathroom. We appreciated the hot water and the nice shower. The hotel was located away from the noisy crowds, which contributed to the serene environment. The free parking and the home-made tortillas for breakfast were a great addition.
Unluckily there were quite some negative aspects to our stay during Easter. There were no kitchen towels, dish racks or microwave provided which we think is necessary for any kitchenette.

The location of the hotel amidst nature was a major highlight for us. We enjoyed morning walks looking for wildlife and the peaceful atmosphere it offered. The hotel's basic amenities were also satisfactory, providing everything we needed for a great money value experience. Moreover, having breakfast included in our stay allowed us to start our day off right without having to worry about finding a place to eat.
Everything was great, no room for improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at a quiet and clean hotel with a great pool. The rooms were large and comfy, more like studio apartments, and we loved having a kitchen. The hotel is new with only six rooms, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and warm pool. The location was a bit further out from downtown Tulum, but it was perfect for us as we were looking for a peaceful and quiet stay. The hotel is close to popular canotes Car wash and Grand Canote. We highly recommend this hotel!
